Our websites all start with a base fee and then once the project scope is calculated, the total time is multiplied by an hourly rate and fixed costs are included.

A channel is an advertising platform such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Linkedin Ads. Channels can fall under the two categories of Paid Search, and Paid Social. Each channel has its own set of strengths and weaknesses and we believe that when used together, they will deliver the best results as a collective force!
What is the difference between the Management Fee and the Ads Budget?
The Management Fee is the fee that is charged by Woww monthly to pay for the service of set up and ongoing management and optimisations on the channels for your business. The Ads budget is the amount of money you agree to spend (monthly) on paid media bought from the channels to bring in results.
What is a "Creative Asset"?
A creative asset is a still image, animation, GIF, or video that has been designed specifically for the media space it will be shown in.
How does the "Omni-Channel Dashboard" work??
The omni-channel dashboard is a single point of reference for you to view in real-time the performance of the different channels using relevant KPI’s as well as the most important results that are being brought in for your business, such as ad spend, clicks, revenue, leads, sales, etc
Do you have a contract / retainer?
We run our omni-channel campaigns over 3 month sprints. The 3 month commitment affords us enough time to fully optimise the paid media strategy and obtain maximum results.
Are there any setup / hidden fees?
No, you will be charged a fixed flat rate according to the package that you have chosen and the ad spend you’ve allocated.
If you would like to make use of our other services, for example: SEO, these would be quoted on separately.
How much money / time do I need to spend to start seeing results?
Generally you need to spend at least $1,500 per month to see any kind of results with paid marketing. It also takes 4-6 weeks for the learnings on the various channels to translate into real results.
